This site is built with open-source software (VitePress, Vue, FastAPI, among others), whose rights and licenses belong to their respective authors and are fully respected.
Partial reproduction of content is permitted for citation purposes, provided the source and a link to this site are clearly indicated.
Privacy and Data Protection
Data Controller: The owner identified in this notice.
Data Collected: Only data voluntarily provided by the user through two channels:
- Contact Form: Name, email address, subject, organization (optional), and message content.
- Maturity Assessment: Institution, evaluator's name, role, email address, and questionnaire answers. The result is calculated and stored on our servers; the report is only sent to us if the user explicitly requests an audit from the results screen.
Purpose: To answer inquiries, process maturity assessment requests, and initiate business communications regarding requested services. Data will not be used for any other purpose.
Legal Basis: Explicit consent from the user upon submitting the form or completing the maturity assessment.
Data Retention: Data is retained for the duration of the conversation or commercial relationship. After two years of inactivity, data will be permanently deleted. Maturity assessment results are stored on the server until erasure is requested.
Third-Party Disclosure: We do not transfer or share data with third parties under any circumstances, except when required by law. Specifically, data is never sold, rented, or shared for commercial, advertising, or analytics purposes.
Server Location and Data Hosting: Data is stored and processed on servers located within the European Union (Germany).
User Rights: Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection at any time by sending an email to contact@sceiba.net.
Cookies and Analytics
This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics systems that identify users. VitePress does not generate tracking cookies by default.
If any analytics tool is introduced in the future, it will strictly respect user privacy (such as privacy-friendly, cookieless tools like Plausible or Matomo) and this notice will be updated accordingly.
